1. Return

a. If there is no problem about the product, buyers cannot request for returns unless sellers agree.

b. When buyers and sellers have reached an agreement on returns, sellers have to provide an effective address to the buyers; otherwise the sellers have to bear the consequential loss.  

c. When buyers and sellers have reached an agreement on returns, buyers have to send the products within the agreed time limit. Sellers can refuse to continue the returns if buyers fail to return products on time, which does not include logistic delay or reasons agreed on.

d. Buyers and sellers should specify the mode of transport about the returns (or replacements); otherwise the dispute caused thereby should be resolved by both parties.


2. Special agreement about non-standard customized products

a. For non-standard customized products trading, buyers should get confirmed with sellers about the samples or products details; otherwise, buyers have to bear the loss caused thereby.

b. If buyers insist that the customized products and samples are not the same, the details being different from what agreed upon, buyers should submit relevant materials of the differences; otherwise buyers have to bear the consequences.

c. For non-standard customized products, sellers must firstly upload them to their stores before making online trade with buyers.


Other Considerations

a. Sellers are responsible for the after-sales problems and should abide by after-sales service commitment, as well as BSPECT rules, relevant laws and regulations.

b. If the products are seized or detained by the state administrative judicial organ (including but not limit to Customs, Industry and Commerce Administration, the People’s Court, etc.), sellers should bear corresponding responsibilities after buyers provide relevant evidence.
